Judy Palankay, Proprietor, is qualified in Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, NLP (neurolinguistic programming), Reiki, Seichim, Sekhem, Bowen Therapy, Massage, Reconnection and The Journey therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. Working in the natural health industry for over 20 years, she has continued to expand her education to bring you the latest products and solutions for your health concerns.
The clinic is based on the belief that the patient's wellness is of the utmost importance and this can be achieved in a wholistic way with the use of various evaluation and screening methods, lifestyle changes, nutrition, herbal medicine, homoeopathy, and various other healing modalities used individually or in combination. Due to positive outcomes, a high percentage of future business is from repeat customers and referrals from them.
Customer Referral Incentives:
In appreciation for these referrals incentives are offered to clients as referral vouchers which can be used to discount their future appointments, as a way of saying "thank you". Referrals are always the best way to promote a business so they are greatly appreciated.
Appointment Cancellations policy:
It is requested that should you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 to 48 hours prior notice. This will allow others patients the chance to book in if they have an emergency or would prefer to bring their appointment forward.
Appointment Duration:
Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for your initial appointment as there is a lot to get through to evaluate how we can best be of assistance to you.
Follow-up Naturopathic appointments can last 30-60 minutes depending on what tests,if any, may be required.
Follow-up Hypnotherapy or Ultrasound appointments are approx 1 hour in duration.
Private Health Rebates apply for many services offered.
