1)The
Shake It Program* is a complete weight loss program that encourages healthy, high protein, low carbohydrate meals, exercise and lifestyle changes.
There are Protein Powder shakes, a high protein gluten free Spring Vegetable soup (available in a tub, or convenient sachets), an assortment of delicious protein bars for snacks (some are even chocolate coated), and various supplements to help with cravings and blood sugar balance as well as metabolism boosters.
There is also a recipe book that gives some tasty ideas for creating meals that have the correct balance of protein, carbohydrates and good fats.

2)The Detox Program which has 3 sections to it:

REMOVE PHASE which treats the digestive system first and removes bad bacteria. These bacteria produce harmful toxins that can enter the bloodstream and may damage the lining of the digestive system. This lasts 2 weeks, or sometimes even up to 6 weeks depending on the severity of the problem.
- RENEW PHASE which focuses on the digestive system and the kidneys whilst alkalising the body to support detoxification and elimination functions. This stage renews and rebuilds the digestive lining, as well as replacing the bad bacteria with healthy ones, and improves your digestive function, thereby assisting you to absorb nutrients. This stage lasts 2 weeks.
-RELEASE PHASE which provides the body with the nutrients required for successful liver detoxification while protecting it throughout the elimination process,and assisting it to release toxins more effectively. This stage generally lasts 2 weeks also.

3)The
WELLNESS PROGRAM focuses on maintaining good health once it has been achieved. and prevention of future health problems.
Sensible lifestyle choices including exercise, healthy eating and appropriate supplements are suggested to ensure that you age gracefully.
